Total Cash Comp $250,000 to $350,000 includes bonus

Position:
Reports to the CEO – hands on role with heavy operational focus and banking relationships
Manages accounting and finance team with oversight of 8 Controllers at different locations
Strategic CFO role tasked with full cycle M&A, integrating acquisitions, covenant reporting and driving improvement in key areas such as margins, analytics, pricing and reporting.
Requirements:
5+ years at the CFO level, CPA and/or MBA preferred
Strategic and operationally focused CFO with heavy M&A (specifically acquisitions) experience
Strong leadership skills, executive experience and expertise managing large financial teams
CFO experience at the helm of a $500+ million industrial manufacturing company
Industrial manufacturing required, logistics and/or distribution experience preferred
