We have been exclusively retained to recruit a CFO role for a Growing and Profitable Industrial Manufacturer and Supply Chain Solutions company located 45 miles south of St. Louis.  The company has a history of success and has been in business for over 60 years. The Targeted Compensation range is $225,000 – $275,000 + bonus & additional perks.

Position:

Corporate CFO role and key member of executive team

Supervises a team of 70 in accounting and finance and oversees all related functions including Financial reporting, A/P, A/R, Internal Controls, Tax and Regulatory Compliance, FP&A, Treasury, Contracts, 3^rd Party Relationships (Audit Firm, Banking, etc.), and Fixed Assets

Requirements:

Middle Market or Large company CFO experience – manufacturing, aerospace,  logistics or other related experience strongly preferred

International experience, knowledge of tax planning strategies and ability to accurately set up billing per contract terms

Strategic, forward thinking, finance leader, CPA or MBA strongly preferred

Experience with contracts and knowledge of corporate tax
