We are currently recruiting on a CFO position for a leading agriculture company located in rural Northern California. Compensation is somewhat flexible depending on qualifications, but generally targeted in the $200,000 to $250,000 range + annual cash bonus. For the right candidate, there will also be the potential for a future equity stake in the company. Full relocation will be provided by the company.

- 3 direct high level reports and 700+ team members total

Requirements:
- CFO or VP Finance experience within the food, agriculture or manufacturing industry
- Large company and/or operational experience would be preferred
- The ability to permanently relocate is very important
- Outstanding leaderships skills and an ability to communicate at all levels
- Executive presence, strong leadership skills and professional business acumen
