We have been retained by a leading electric power plant to conduct a nationwide confidential search for a Chief Financial Officer. The company is located about 100 miles from Pittsburgh and has grown 14 out of the last 15 years. This is a first class organization that treats employees well and provides an outstanding working environment. Executive team bonuses have paid out consistently every year for the last 10 years and the company has been recognized as the most efficient and environmentally friendly power plant in its space.

Position:
- Compensation range is $260,000 to $330,000
- Bonus potential of up to 40%
- Potential future equity package (not currently in place, but would like to set up)
- Directs and oversees finance and accounting staff of up to 9 people
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all the Management of all Fiscal Operations
- Reports to the CEO and supervises 9 in Accounting, Finance, and Energy Management
- Responsible for overseeing accounting, treasury, risk management, regulatory compliance & reporting, strategic planning, and financial forecasting
- Build complex financial models and forecast trends and determine their impact on the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA a plus
- 10+ years of progressive Finance/Accounting experience with at least 5 in Power Generation or Utilities Company
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate quickly and effectively with office staff, middle management and key executive team members
