$500M Marine Hospitality Company Seeks New CFO
We have been exclusively retained to recruit an exceptional candidate for a CFO role with an Industry Leading PE backed Marine Hospitality Company. The company started as a small charter yacht business over 30 years ago and has grown into a 95 vessel cruise and event company with diversified revenue streams that include exclusive ferry contracts, dinner & overnight cruises, and marine operations services. The position will be based in San Francisco or NYC and is over Accounting & Finance, IT, HR, and Legal. The salary is flexible based on experience/current comp (general range of $270,000 – $330,000 + 20-30% Bonus + Equity) Relocation offered

Position:
- True Business Partner to CEO
- Responsible for Improving Financial and Operational Performance
- Manages Accounting, Finance, IT, HR, and General Counsel
- Responsible for managing and performing all aspects of Finance & Accounting
- including Consolidations & Reporting, Short & Long Range Planning, Treasury, Capital Budgeting, Internal Controls
- Excellent Professional Growth and Earning Potential
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or MBA preferred
- 12+ Years Progressive Acct/Finance experience with a blend of Public Accounting and Hospitality
- Government Contracts or Services Industry Experience also helpful
